Bathroom Renovation
This residential bathroom was in desperate need of renovation with it's outdated and dirty fiberglass one-piece shower/tub combo, old short toilet, and poorly painted vanity. This build included replacing the vanity and hardware with a new, more modern style, replacing the toilet with a Glacier Bay elongated toilet, fresh paint and hardware, and of course, a new shower.

Tile Installation
We installed a grey 12" X 24" ceramic tile with a smaller dark mosiac tile in the niche. This tile selection coupled with the black trim and Delorian Grey grout created a unique yet modern aesthetic.

Waterproofing
It is essential to ensure the entire shower area is appropriately waterproofed to ensure there is no potential for mold growth. We accomplished this by installing concrete board, applying thinset and waterproof membrane over all seams and screws, and the use of Red Gard liquid applied waterproofing. All

Existing Conditions
This project began with the removal of the vanity, toilet, and shower. We also updated and replaced several plumbing components required to accommodate the new tub and shower.
