AZ Constructors is backed by the AZROC with at KB-2 Small Commercial, Full Residential Contractors License. We are fully licensed, bonded, and insured, giving our clients the peace of mind know they are working with professionals.

We have over 10 years experience in the residential and commercial construction industries with a focus on existing structure renovation. We have completed many projects with varying sizes using our refined approach on owner-representative project management. In short, we are YOUR representative, backed with the knowledge and experience of many years in the trades without the pricetag or hidden "change orders" that many are too familiar with.

We strive to be the general contractor that spreads from word of mouth marketing, relying on the honest reviews of our clients to friends and family. We believe that words said when we are not in the room hold more weight than marketing ads. Project Manager/Estimator: Mike McCullough

AZ Constructors is led by Mike McCullough, an experienced Construction Project Manager with experience in both residential and commercial construction. He is the proud recipient of a Bachelors Degree in Project Management and the Project Management Professionals Certification from PMI (Project Managers Institute). With over 10 years experience in the construction industry, Mike commands a detailed understanding of the 2018 International Building Code (IBC) and 2018 International Residential Code (IRC). Mike prides himself on his customer service and ability to evaluate a situation to determine the best course of action.

Business Finances/Site Superintendent: Danny Cerrito

Danny Cerrito has been engaged in the construction industry for nearly 10 years and has overseen the successful completion of numerous large construction projects. With hard work and dedication, Danny earned a Master Degree in Business Administration and the Project Management Professional Certification from PMI (Project Managers Institute). Danny understands the importance of financial planning, strategic organization, and business structure. This knowledge ensures all project finances are managed with the utmost visibility and integrity. Through careful examination, Danny evaluates all aspects of ongoing projects evaluating the careful balance of schedule, budget, and scope.
