Courtesy Inspections:
A certified Home Inspector will inspect your home and provide a full written report of any identified items of concern. AZC will take that report and build an itemized cost proposal at a discounted rate for each item identified on the inspection. At that time, you can choose what work is done, if any.
Pre-Listing Tune Up:
AZC will perform all regular homeowner maintenance items that make your home stand out and show better than others. This ensures that your home is ready at any time for a potential buyer to come and view your home. This includes but is not limited to: Air Filter Replacement, Smoke / CO Alarm Testing and Battery Replacement, Drain Clogs Repair, Minor Home Repairs, etc.

Inspection Report Consultation:
Send AZC your home inspection report and we will review it and schedule a 1-hour meeting to discuss the results of the inspection with you and your real estate agent to determine which item should be included in the Binsr and addressed by the seller, and which can wait until after your closing date. Additionally, AZC will provide an itemized proposal outlining the costs associated with all items added to the Binsr.
Home Maintenance Packages:
Protect your new investment with the comfort and convenience of knowing your home will be maintained by true professionals. With 3 different package levels and the ability to create your own custom package, you have the flexibility to meets your home's specific needs. Home maintenance is crucial to avoiding sudden costly repairs and understanding the condition of your home allows appropriate budgeting to take action before failure. There is nothing worse than an Arizona summer with a failing AC system.
Inspection Walk & Project Estimation:
If you know that the home you are buying is going to require some changes to perfectly meet your needs, AZC can help get a quick start on these projects by attending your inspection walk during the Inspection Period of buying your home. Prior to the walk, we will discuss your projects needs and gather all important background information. At the walk, AZC will collect pictures and all remaining technical information necessary to provide a thorough, all-inclusive project proposal prior to close. This way, you know what it will cost to complete your project and allow for easier budgeting in your new home.
