The Tier 2 Package is designed for those who are looking to provide documented maintenance records and inspection reports from reputable vendors for their HVAC / Roof / Garages / Pool Equipment / etc… All services included in this package are coordination through our AZ Constructors Project Manager to fit around your schedule and ensure that your home’s infrastructure is in the best condition possible prior to listing.
