Single Day Projects
**For all projects requiring paint, the Client is responsible for either providing the paint (AZC Sherwin Williams Discount May Be Used) or providing the paint color & sheen in writing minimum 2 days prior to construction start date. Cost of paint is not included in pricing below.**
Garage Door Painting
This service can be scheduled and completed quickly, with an average of 48 hours between first contact and project completion. This service includes cleaning the garage door, prepping the area to avoid overspray, and painting of the garage door and trim (if desired). On average, there is less than 2 hours of total downtime and the results will change the look of your home. This service is ideal for those who are looking to upgrade the curb appeal of their home without breaking the bank.
RV Gate Repair
Repairing a broken or unsightly RV Gate is a great way to improve the aesthetics and functionality of your home. Construction can begin in as little as 2-3 days and is completed in just one day. This service includes the removal of all existing wood and hardware and installation of new stained or painted wood slats (or colored composite wood) with stainless steel hardware. Also included in this service is the prep and painting of the RV Gate metal frame. Refresh your home with a professionally renewed RV Gate that will last the Arizona summers.

Individual Room Painting
Whether you are looking to completely repaint a room, add an accent wall, or paint your whole home, AZ Constructors has your covered. We offer painting service to meet all needs regardless of how big or small the project is. Our blanket priced painting service is designed to provide an easy and stress-free way to get the refreshed or custom look you are going for. This service includes all necessary masking, 1 coat of primer (if necessary), and 2 coats of color. Included are all walls and ceiling. Doors and trim are not included but can be added if desired.
Door Replacement & Paint
This service is designed for those who have a door that has been damaged beyond repair. Included is the replacement of the door panel (matched style as possible) and and surrounding door frame. New doors and frame will be painted using a semi-gloss enamel to match those in the immediate area. It is essential to use an enamel door and trim specific paint to ensure the door can be easily cleaned and withstand normal use without excessive wear and tear.
Pressure Washing
AZ Constructors pressure washing services can be utilized throughout several commonly forgotten areas in your home. Including: Patios, Decks, Driveways, Garages, Block Walls, House Siding, Trash Cans, etc... AZ Constructors ensures project completed in as little as 48 hours for most areas. Pressure washing these areas is a quick and efficient way of keeping your home clean and extending the lifespan of commonly forgotten household areas. Prices below are based on "standard sizes" (<500sqft), for larger sized areas of patio, deck, driveway, etc... cost will be prorated to meet your need.
Multi Day Projects
Shade Sail Installation
Shade Sails are a cost-effective and quick way to provide a large shaded area in your backyard in as little as 2 days. Shade Sail material is readily available from common vendors such as Amazon with many color and size options. AZC custom fabricates metal posts with welded caps and D-Rings to reduce the impact of weather and strong winds. Posts are installed to stand roughly 8'-10' tall with a minimum buried depth of 24" and an 8" or 10" caisson as appropriate. Shade Sails are hung using 3/16" stainless steel rope and stainless steel or galvanized hardware. Posts are secured using a fast setting high-strength concrete. This service includes post fabrication, post installation, and shade sail installation. Clients to provide their own shade sail to maintain manufacturer warranty (AZC may consult on shade sail procurement if desired). Shade sail must be provided or selected and received prior to construction start due to minor manufacturer discrepencies.
