This service includes a 1-hour discussion of the inspection report, guidance on which items should be addressed right away, and which can wait until after closing. During this discussion, we will pinpoint exactly which items should be included on the Binsr and any other item that is important to you. AZC will then prepare an itemized proposal outline the costs associated with all items included on the Binsr, and any other project you may want estimated.
