We are partnered with several top tier certified Home Inspectors throughout the valley that are trained to inspect homes for both cosmetic and functional repairs that are needed. While the traditional homebuying process includes a formal "Inspection Period" it is our belief that any issues or concerns should be addressed prior to listing a house to avoid an unforeseen repair or negotiating points from a buyer. By understanding exactly what condition your home is in from an inspector’s eyes, you can better gauge the value of your home and make an informed decision on the final list price.

The goal of this service is to provide the most up to date information regarding your home’s condition, address the issues that inspectors may find during the inspection period, and reduce the potential for additional negotiation that could impact the sale of your home.

Once the Courtesy Inspection is complete, our Project Manager will review the inspection report and reach out to discuss the results over the phone and determine if there are any specific items you would like addressed. Any items that are recommended for repair will be included in an itemized proposal with all labor costs discounted by 25%. At that time, you may choose which items you would like completed with all work completed prior to the list date.
